The PrintOnDemand.com web publication was founded in November, 2001 by Andrew Simmons, a pioneer in the digital printing field with an extensive background in the traditional printing industry.

The new team acquired the site from Mr. Simmons June 1, 2002, and has been engaged in a very successful campaign to expand the online publication's circulation and content. The site remains focused on the digital printing industry.

The goal of PrintOnDemand.com is to offer daily editorial content of interest to the digital printing community, and to provide a meeting place for digital printing service providers and print buyers. The Virtual Trade Show section offers manufacturers of digital printing equipment, pre- and post-processing tools, trade services and consumables a cost effective way to give their products exposure to their primary market.
