Voice mail drives me crazy. I don't like it, but my printer, whose work is excellent, continues to use it. What should I do?

Many communication devices are available these days, including fax, e-mail, voice mail, and the old standby, the telephone. Different people have different preferences, some of them strong preferences. You're the customer, so don't hesitate to declare the communication vehicle you prefer. In fact, make it part of the job specifications.
