We have a great sample form on the e-community that should help you get started. The article is called Print Standards. This sample form provides suggestions on topics that should be discussed with both prospective and current suppliers, such as:

• overruns/underruns
• how to properly submit invoices
• requirements for job samples
• return of prepatory materials
• use of subcontractors

Remember, this form is just a start. You may also want to add a confidentiality clause, expectations for product quality, etc.
